Meet your Instructor

Rachel Carr is founder of Plant Craft and is currently consulting with food brands developing plant based recipes. She was most recently Executive Chef at The Pizza Plant in Pasadena, CA, a plant pizzeria and food truck. Prior to this, she was chef/owner at Six Main, a farm to table plant based restaurant in rural Connecticut. She was also formerly head chef at Wanderlust Hollywood, Chavela, Sun Café and Cru Restaurant in LA.

She is currently living in St.Louis, Mo.
